1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you sign up for our beta program, including your name, email address, company name, and role. When you connect third-party tools, we collect only access metadata — usernames, permission levels, group memberships, and roles. We never access the content of your emails, files, messages, or code.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the ViglaFort service
- Display access data in your dashboard
- Send you product updates and beta program communications
- Respond to your support requests
3. Data Security
All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. Each customer's data is logically isolated — no cross-tenant access is possible. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use OAuth 2.0 to connect with your third-party tools (Google Workspace, GitHub, Slack, AWS, etc.). We request only the minimum permissions needed to read access metadata. We never store your OAuth tokens in plaintext.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a tool or delete your account, we remove the associated data within 30 days. Activity logs are retained for compliance purposes for up to 12 months.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and export your data at any time
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Disconnect any integrated tool and have its data removed
- Opt out of non-essential communications
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
